時(shí)間狀語從句　　(1)時(shí)間狀語從句常由連詞when, before, after, while, since, till / until, as soon as等引導(dǎo)。　　The train had left when I got to the station。 我到車站時(shí)火車已經(jīng)開走了?！　?2)時(shí)間狀語從句一般不用將來時(shí)，如果主句是一般將來時(shí)、祈使句或含有將來的意味，when, as soon as, till/until引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語從句用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)代替一般將來時(shí)?！　hen the lights are red the traffic must stop。 紅燈亮?xí)r須停車?！　’ll tell him the news as soon as he comes back。 他一回來我就告訴他這個(gè)消息?！　ait here until I come back。。 在這里等到我回來?！　?3)when, as, while都“當(dāng)……的時(shí)候”，但when引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語從句的動(dòng)作和主句的動(dòng)作可以是同時(shí)發(fā)生，也可以先后發(fā)生，when既可指時(shí)間點(diǎn)，也可指一段時(shí)間;用as，while時(shí)則強(qiáng)調(diào)主句和從句的動(dòng)作同時(shí)發(fā)生;while只能表示一段時(shí)間，從句須用延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞?！　s he walked, he sang happily。 他一邊走一邊高興地唱著歌?！　hile I was reading, he came in。 我正在看書時(shí)他進(jìn)來了?！　?4)till和until都表示“直到……為止”，主句用延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞，主句和從句都用肯定式;表示“直到……才”時(shí)，主句用終止性動(dòng)詞，從句用肯定式，主句用否定式。until較till正式，until引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間從句可以放在句首。　　Go straight on until you come to the post office and then turn left。 一直向前走到郵局再向左轉(zhuǎn)?！　he won’t go away till you promise to help her。 在你答應(yīng)幫助她之前，她不會(huì)走的。　　Until you told me, I had heard nothing of when happened。 　　直到你告訴我，我才知道發(fā)生了什么事。　　(5)since引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語從句常用一般過去時(shí)，其主句一般使用現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)?！　reat changes have taken place since our home town was liberated。 我們家鄉(xiāng)自從解放以來發(fā)生了很大變化。　　It is (has been)five years since the man died。 那人已死五年了。。
