Receiving Party will not directly or indirectly, develop, manufacture, produce, distribute or perform any product(s) or service(s) derived from or which otherwise use any of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, without entering into a separate license agreement with Disclosing Party.

除與提供保密信息的協(xié)議方另行簽約,接受保密信息的協(xié)議一方將不得直接或間接使用任何提供保密信息一方的保密信息進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),制造,生產(chǎn),銷(xiāo)售或提供任何產(chǎn)品或服務(wù).

熱心網(wǎng)友

不與透露方簽訂單獨(dú)的許可協(xié)議，接受方則不得直接地或是間接地，使用源于或以其它方式采用透露方的保密信息，進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的任何開(kāi)發(fā)、制造、生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售或服務(wù)。

收受黨不將會(huì)直接地或間接地,發(fā)展, 制造, 生產(chǎn), 分配或運(yùn)行任何的產(chǎn)品 (s) 或起源于的服務(wù) (s) 或以別的方式使用任何一個(gè)揭露黨機(jī)密的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù) (s),不由于揭露黨參與一個(gè)分開(kāi)的授權(quán)協(xié)議書(shū)。
