語法不對．demands后that引導了一個賓語從句,從句的謂語為"should be adept",這里的"should"不能省略,否則賓語從句就不成為句子了.同意樓上sindock的改法．但是有一點和sindock意見不同,賓語從句里的主語為"each party",因此"to it"這個介詞短語是修飾主語"each party"的.
