Any notice, communication or amendment issued under the terms of this Agreement shall be made by registered letter (confirmation of receipt requested) or facsimile message (confirmed by registered letter) addressed to the addresses as set out at the beginning of this Agreement, and shall be deemed to have been received by the recipient, if by registered letter, on the date stated on the confirmation of receipt, and if by facsimile message, on the date appearing on the answerback of the sender’s facsimile machine.

基于本協(xié)議條款項(xiàng)下發(fā)布的任何通知、通訊或改正信息應(yīng)采用掛號信（要求收據(jù)證明）或傳真（用掛號信確認(rèn)）的方式寄送給在本協(xié)議開頭所規(guī)定的地址，確認(rèn)后將認(rèn)為已被接收方收到。如果采用掛號信，收到日期以收據(jù)上確認(rèn)的日期為準(zhǔn)；如果采用傳真方式，則以發(fā)送方傳真機(jī)上答復(fù)頁背面上所顯現(xiàn)的日期為準(zhǔn)。

任何的注意，溝通或改善發(fā)行在協(xié)議的術(shù)語之下將被被向到住址演說的注冊信 (收據(jù)的證實(shí)請求) 或傳真信息 (被注冊的信確認(rèn)) 做當(dāng)在協(xié)議的開始宣布,和將被認(rèn)為有被接受者收到之時,如果被注冊寫上,在日期在收據(jù)的證實(shí)上陳述,而且如果被傳真信息,在日期在寄件人的傳真機(jī)器的回答上出現(xiàn)上。
