cover/effect insuance的意思為保險，insure insurance可以嗎？這個表達法對嗎？

insure insurance 不是正確的表達法，我認為應該寫作：provide (offer) insurance for ....against...risk; 或者要表達保險金的概念可以說：pay premium for...(at a rate of ....)against...risk

cover insurance,疑應為insurance coverage意為保險范圍，即何種情況保險會付款，付多少，如何付。何種情況不付一般不會講。effect insurance或effective insurance是有效保險，如你保險的期限，范圍之類。沒聽過人講insure insurance.是不是ensure (to make sure) effective insurance呀。
