other 其他的(adj) Some students stayed in the classroom, and other stuents left。the other 另一個(n)，只會出現在短語one。。。the other中，很好區分There are two boys here。 One is sleeping, the other is playing with toys。any other 任何其他的。。(adj) 比如上課老師要解答疑難最開始問：Any questions?(有問題嗎？）解答一個或幾個后，會問：Any other questions?（ 還有其他問題嗎？）還有就是出現在最高級轉化成的比較級里面:He is taller than any other boys in the class。= He is the tallest boy in the class。Others 其他的東西(n),跟other的區別就是other后面還要加名詞，others本身就包含名詞，有點像my和mine的形式。Some students stayed in the classroom, and others left。 (others=other students)大家看呢？。
