This Agreement shall be effective for an initial period of three (3) years starting on the date hereof. It shall then be automatically renewed for additional periods of two (2) years each unless terminated by either Party by six (6) month previous notice in writing before the end of initial period of before the end of any renewal period.

本協(xié)議自簽署生效之日起有三（3）年的初始有效期，而后每二（2）年為期限附加自動(dòng)更新期，除非有任何一方于初始有效期終止前，或是更新期結(jié)束之前的六（6）個(gè)月內(nèi)以書面的形式事先通知終止協(xié)議的執(zhí)行。

此協(xié)議初始有效期三年，自本協(xié)議簽訂日期開始。如協(xié)議任意一方在最初三年有效期結(jié)束前或者在任一存續(xù)期結(jié)束前六個(gè)月以書面形式通知另一方終止協(xié)議，則協(xié)議終止，否則該協(xié)議自動(dòng)延長2年。
