: ), lol, good question, i used to get lost on this topic yeah, kroast, To cook with dry heat, as in an oven or near hot coalsbake, To cook (food) with dry heat, especially in an oven。well, although they r the quiet the same method but, BUT!!roast mainly use on items like, potato, chicken, turkey, you know, vegetables and stocksbake, on the other hand, used mainly on bread and other grain food in general lol, yeah, thats pretty much it ,lol, good question : )。
