FORCE MAJEURENeither party to this contract shall be held responsibility to the other party or non performance ( either in whole or in part )or delay in performance of the terms and condition of this contract caused by force majeure events ,such as an act god, insurrection,war ,war like operation,civil war, military operation ,terror ,local emergencies ,storms ,embargo, laws and regulations of any competent authorities or any causes beyond the control of the parties hereto ,in case of any such event ,the terms of this contract relating to time and performance shall be suspended during the continuance of the force majeure event Within 7days from the date of commencement of the force majeure event ,the part affected by the force majeure event shall advise the other party by fax or cable or email of the date when such delay in performance commenced ,and the reason therefore likewise ,within 7 says after the majeure event ends ,and shall then submit a certificate issued by government authority of chamber of commerce, within 7 days after the end of the event ,the concerned parties will terminate the contract.

不可抗力本協議任何一方由于天災、暴亂、戰爭、類似戰爭事件、內戰、軍事行動、恐怖活動、地區緊張局勢、暴雨、禁運、有關部門法規限制或協議各方無法控制的其他事件導致不能或暫時不能履行全部或部分合同義務，該方不負責任。上述任一事件一旦發生，涉及受不可抗力影響時間及義務的相關協議條款將在不可抗力事件持續期間自動失效。遭受不可抗力事件一方在暫時不能履行協議時，必須于自不可抗力事件開始7日之內，以電報或電子郵件方式通知另一方，并在不可抗力事件結束后7日內提交關于不可抗力事件原因之陳述，隨后提交當地主管部門出具的證明文件，供相關各方中止協議。
