在德國公司是口語更加重要還是書寫能力更加重要老板會更注重那一點呢?

我覺得這兩方面都很重要。例如現在的ＰＥＴＳ（公共英語等級考試）考試既有應用寫作，又有口語考試，說明這兩方面都必不可少。例如CET4（大學英語4 6 級考試）這樣的考試因為只有寫作沒有口語而被很多人抨擊，說CET考試出來的人都是啞巴，只會答卷子不會張嘴。于是CET改革了。可見口語能力和和寫作能力是同樣重要的。

In my point of view, Both of them are very important. Since i have been working in an oversea company about 5 years, your boss will mainly focus on your writing skill, but you have to speak well to customers( that means you have a high level of communication with customers, always remember you are the one who represent a company not you self.)Good luck to your job.
