I can't understand you 這是句子主干，賓語為you ,但其實這個句子是雙賓，第二個賓語是laughing at that poor child，既然是賓語當然要用名詞性短語 ---laughing at that poor child，答案ABC都不是名詞短語，因此D正確。:)

也可以用your,意思相同,但是在句子中的成分就變了,understand對應的賓語有變化
