Mediation; Arbitration. (a) If a dispute, claim or controversy (“Dispute”) between the parties arises under this Agreement, the parties shall negotiate in good faith in an attempt to resolve their differences. If negotiation pursuant to this Section 19 (a) fails to resolve such Dispute within the first thirty (30) days after the aggrieved party has given notice to the other party, either party may proceed to demand Arbitration pursuant to Section 19 (b).

調解；仲裁。(a) 如果雙方之間因本協議而產生爭論、要求或是辯論（下稱“紛爭”），各方應本著友好協商的態度力圖解決雙方間的分歧。如果依照本19(a)條款，在受損害方已向另一方提交通知之后的三十（30）天內不能解決這樣的紛爭，任一方均可根據19(b)條款進而要求仲裁。
