CLAUSE 19 CONFIDENTIALITYThe parties hereto shall treat this contract and the information in connectioin with this contract as confidential and shall not disclose or reveal to any party without the prioe written notice of the other party ,except for the purpose of performance of this obligation or liabilities under this contract of if required by any competent authortities or by law regulation of any competent authorities.
