CLAUSE 16 CONTRACT ARBITRATIONAny dispute and disagreements, which may arise in connectioin with this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation by all the parties .Disputes and disagreements that cannot be settled though friendly negotiation all parties between parties shall be decided by china international economic &trade arbitration committee ,the arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese /English, the arbitration award shall be final binding upon the parties concerned.

條款16 合同仲裁 任何與本合同有關的疑問及不同意見，各方都必須以友好協商的態度加以處理，通過友好協商方式不能解決的，則應由中國國際經濟與貿易仲裁委員會對各方關心的內容作出仲裁，并以中文或者英文傳達至各方。
