To be good neighbors, in my point of view, they should have such qualities as below.Firstly, I’d like to admire my neighbors if they are not selfish. I used to live in an apartment having a teenage neighbor who only concerned himself. Every afternoon when I wanted to take a nap, rock music would be shouted from my neighboring room. With great anger, I quarreled with him once, but he played even louder since then. At last, I had to call the police to charge this. Therefore, it is very uncomfortable to live with a selfish neighbor.Secondly, good neighbors should respect other’s privacy. A home is a private place, so that we can keep something secret. Just as we would fight against invaders to our country, we don’t welcome neighbors who have big mousse. In a recent case, a man was put into jail, for he stole letters from his neighbor and revealed the contents to others. After all, who would like to live with a spy who always have an eye on you?Thirdly, good neighbors should be kind to do others’ favors. A Chinese proverb said:” neighbors are more helpful than relatives far away.” It is true with me since I have left my spare keys with one of my neighbors because of my forgetting. Furthermore, elder people are treated well in many communities by their neighbors who always help them do shopping or cleaning. And this sort of actions is advocated by the government.Distinctly are we like to have good neighbors near us, and I believe the three main points above are necessary qualities to a good neighbor.
