In case Contractor fails to make delivery of goods pursuant to the terms of delivery,contractor shall pay the liquidated damages for late delivery at the rate of 0.2% of the value of the delayed goods per week subject to a maximum of 3% of Price of the goods .However ,there shall be no liquidated damages shall not release contractor from its obligation to deliver the delayed goods.
